SAMPLE REPORT

sample report.png

Click here to view an example of an actual report I produced for a home built in 1930 or thereabouts. To protect the privacy of the client and the seller, the photos used for the cover page and any other potentially identifying areas are not the home described in the report. They are, however, photos of a home of similar age. Since this is a relatively old home, there are more items written up than are typically found in a newer home.

Unlike other widely used report formats, mine has no simple checkboxes which might cause you to question the competence of the inspector. Nor does it have any confusing symbols you have to memorize.  You don't have to wade through a lot of verbiage which isn't applicable to your new home just to sift out what is relevant. It's written in plain English, and there are photos inserted directly in the body of the report.
