I offer a range of residential and light commercial property inspection services. Complete home inspections are done as well as inspections which are limited in scope; if you only have specific problems or question areas they can be assessed individually. Printed reports are delivered later the same day where possible, and on the next business day when not. Immediately after the inspection, a walk-thru with the client is done. During this time my findings are explained and you have unlimited time to ask questions. I want you to fully understand what your potential new home needs. Of course, after the report is sent you are also welcome to contact me with any questions you may have. There are no time limits on this service.
