ASSURED HOME INSPECTION
Assured Home Inspection was founded in 1990 By James Barre, who had been a custom homebuilder since 1963. Kevin Barre, his son and a homebuilder also, joined the company in the late 1990's, and became sole owner in 2000. Both brought their extensive home building backgrounds with them into the home inspection profession. Kevin Barre began his homebuilding career upon graduating Hendrix College with a business degree in 1982. The knowledge gained in 24 years as a home builder provides an invaluable asset in the performance of home inspections.
Inspections are performed in the Central Arkansas area, including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Bryant, Benton, Cabot, Conway, Greenbrier, Alexander, Shannon Hills, Jacksonville, Mayflower, Ward, Austin, Hot Springs, and Hot Springs Village. Inspections are performed in other areas farther away if the schedule permits it. Please inquire if you need an inspection in a different area. Inspections are performed to meet or exceed the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards of practice as adopted by Arkansas. MY PROMISE TO YOU
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professions, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying reporting methods and pricing. One thing that is certain is that a proper home examination requires dedication and knowledge. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort and knowledge level. If you select me to inspect your new home I assure you that I will do the absolute best job I can for you. But I encourage you NOT to just take my word for this.
