Assured Home Inspection Assured Home Inspection was founded in 1990 By James Barre,
who had
been a custom homebuilder since 1963. Kevin Barre, his son and a homebuilder also,
joined the company in the late 1990's, and became sole owner in 2000. Both
brought their extensive home building backgrounds with them into the home
inspection profession. Kevin Barre began his homebuilding career upon graduating
Hendrix College with a business degree in 1982. The knowledge gained in 25
years as a home builder provides an invaluable asset in the performance of home
inspections.
Inspections are performed in the Central Arkansas area, including Little Rock,
North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Bryant, Benton, Cabot, Conway and smaller
towns. Inspections are performed in other areas which are farther away if the
schedule permits it. Please inquire if you need an inspection in a different
area. Inspections are performed to meet or exceed the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards of practice

probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different
inspectors have varying reporting methods and pricing. One thing that is certain is
